This really has made me more enticing and more provocative talking and sharing with you some very healthy tips to boost your or say our positive energy. Being candid these are all the yield of my mind ,I am not a scholar or physiology professor I am just a ordinary man working in the office typically 9 to 5 but I that time only I gather such thoughts while I speak to myself and here are something which I want to share with you:

1. Keep Smiling: This very little word says it all. There is a huge distinction between smile and the laugh. If once in day we had a laugh with our colleagues in office ,school or else at other place that will be the best medicine but we cant laugh threw the whole day, so better to have a calm and soothing smile on our face to at least make others feel lure and pleasure.

2. Gather Confidence:Confidence is the key for a delivering and gaining huge amount of positive energy. One can easily determine the level of confidence in us by merely looking at or gestures and postures, a straight posture with warm handshake and high head, firm eye contact is always a sign of good confidence and boosts loads of positive energy in ourself.

3. Be Well Dressed:Well this is been one such very important thing but though I found many people merely neglects this attribute of boosting the positive energy. You don’t need to be dressed up like James bond or Michael Jackson to look cool and handsome. Wear what suits to you best in your body and according to the occasion and more importantly wear always clean and neat dress whether its party or it is office. Most of the people being in the assumption of wearing costly cloths to look more glamorous and handsome, but it’s not actually even though wearing more economical cloths in the right manner will make you as glamorous as by wearing expensive apparels.

4. Always Speak Nice:Well I know it’s been one tough thing to do, because the work environment we are in today it obviously makes you yell at your subordinates if you are boss or else you will be on the receiving end for the same and then returning back the thoughts in same way in mind. But make sure even though in such times also you need to be very care full while using your language and never

5. Get Connected with Positive People: If you surround yourself with positive, supportive people instead of deadbeats and abusers – well, that’s half the battle, isn’t it?

6. Built a Group: Find something productive that you love to do (writing, dancing, acting, programming, or whatever) and then find a group of like-minded people who are interested in learning this activity with you. The group is your support structure and your growth catalyst, and it will help you accomplish something you can be proud of.

7. Make Every Morning Good: Every morning, remind yourself of all the things you have to be thankful for: relationships, shelter, food, family, and whatever else makes you feel happy to be alive.

8. Don’t Fear with Problems:Sometimes a single word can make all the difference, and “problem” is one of those words. I’ve often wondered if children would take more readily to mathematics if we called them math puzzles instead of mathproblems: problem is such a negative, hopeless, impotent word. When a problem descends upon your life, think of it as a puzzle. Is there a way to solve this puzzle? If so, start putting the pieces together, calmly and with confidence.

9. Always Consider Negative: Make sure the time you spend thinking unhappy thoughts is productive: planning solutions, developing serenity, or learning a valuable lesson.

10.Always Retain Your Close Ones: Take time to inventory the characteristics that make you valuable: skills, attitudes, generosity, capacity to love, and so forth. Be aware of all the wonderful abilities you bring to the table. Write them down if you have to. Everyone has something valuable to contribute.

To some, positive thinking sounds like a bunch of Ned Flanders hogwash, but isn’t it better to greet your problems with a burst of enthusiasm than a Doldrum of despair? As long as you remain aware of your challenges, a positive train of thought is more likely to get you from here to there so you can resolve them.

Of course, even the most positive person in the world isn’t happy all the time, nor should that be the goal. The goal, ever elusive, is to remain positive whenever it’s helpful.

Negativity and unhappiness have many causes, each requiring its own unique treatment. But as you work to solve your life’s problems, these 12 simple surface techniques can improve your relationships, state of mind, and general outlook. Think positively, and live powerfully.

Perhaps you’ll find satisfaction in being a ray of sunshine on a gloomy day, a sign of hope when the world is bleak, or a voice of encouragement in a sea of hecklers. Or maybe you’ll be happy simply knowing you met every challenge with a hopeful heart.
